No, there are no limits! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.
Commissions are calculated based on customer payments and are paid out once per year.
You receive commissions only after the customer has made payments to Squadra.
You earn commissions on Squadra base and add-on fees.
Yes, commissions are not earned on setup fees, customization & development costs, and revenues from employees instead of business customers.
To qualify for commissions, you must meet the following requirements: 1. be responsible for introducing the customer to Squadra; 2. ensure the customer was not already in active discussions with Squadra; 3. actively engage with the referred customer and Squadra.
The referral commission applies for the first 12 months after a customer signs up. The retained customer commission applies from year 2 onwards, as long as the customer continues using Squadra.
If Squadra had prior discussions but you played a key role in closing the deal, you will receive half the commission (12.5%) instead of the full rate.
To continue earning commissions after the first 12 months, you must: 1. Check in with your referred customer at least once a year and share insights (e.g., satisfaction, challenges, requested features); 2. stay informed by attending at least one affiliate webinar per year; 3. ensure active use: the customer must not just sign up but actually implement Squadra; 4. have an annual 30-minute update call with Squadra; 5. be available for in-person meetings if needed; 6. refer at least 3 new potential customers per year.
